Really poor experience. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Parcel damaged in transit. Called to see if they would resend and was told I had to email them and then wait for the investigation to complete before a refund or goods to be re sent could be actioned. Emailed them and got a reply the following day asking if I would like a replacement and they will action it. I replied saying I would and that I assumed the delivery charges would be refunded since the order would not be delivered till at least 5 days after the initial delivery. No reply to that email but received one the following day saying a full refund has been actioned. Emailed them back explaining I did not ask for it then was told not all items are in stock which is a total LIE as still available to buy online.

I'm still waiting for my items, after website states 3 days. this has come and went long time, no response after sending an email. I would not order from this website Very disappointed i want a refund

As I didn’t receive my product ie Bay Rum scalp treatment I cannot comment, needless to say after paying for it I’m not a happy person

I received all parcel damaged and not any refound been ask to return a the damaged box what i ll do as soon as i get the label from them Been 3 days what i keep the damaged box with developer liking in my house what is annoying Verry poor service never order from them againe

The Colour Goddess shampoo was shown on the website with a plunger top, but came without one, and I had no reply when I emailed MyHairandBeauty.

Packaging item was shipped in was completely inadequate, which left to the item received being damaged

Items weren’t in stock, 5-7 day refund not received yet, will not order again awful company

The makeup seemed fake the black opal seems cheap and fake the La pro is real tho

Scam company never sent items and refuse to refund shocking customer service

The website stated that we did not have to pay postage, but this was still added and our communication has gone unanswered.
