The ordering process was very straight forward, accessing processing/shipping info was very easy as well, and on delivery all items were sealed very well to avoid any spillage during transit (I’ve had issues with this in the past with other stores). Lastly multiple payment options available as well which is a bonus. Overall really happy with My Hair & Beauty and will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 4 items, 2 each of 2 products. One of the products was fine, but the other was out of date dead stock sold at full price. I am a make up artist and know my stuff when it comes to the beauty industry. This product had a packaging update over 2 years ago. The items were sold in the old packaging and when I checked the stock number on the boxes, they're over a year out of date. Really annoying and no way to do business. Shame on you. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know. Totally unacceptable.

I was really pleased with my order which went through on the 6th June and I received it on the 12th June. Products were cheaper than anywhere else. The only negative was that when I clicked on 'my orders' it said I hadn't ordered anything. Apart from that it was great.

Hair products
Order was processed in timely manner and delivered on day advised.
The packaging was inadequate and movement of the relatively heavy goods in transit caused some leakage of the contents. My Hair and Beauty were contacted and advised. The response was positive and assured that the issue would be addressed - hopefully the experience is not typical of the usual standard of packing.

Packaging could be better
Ordered 4 tubes of hair dye which was delivered a few days later. Packaging was not so great as the cardboard boxes the tubes were in were all crushed and one of the tubes was leaking a bit. Need to be in a more secure package, not just a jiffy bag.
