The despatch and delivery shipping times from Mecatechnic to my address in New Zealand was only 11 days for item. Which is excellent..
While there was a problem with being supplied a unit that was in a recall by CBE the maker of the product. I'm not sure why this wasn't picked as the recall was over 1 year ago. The Mecatechnic organisation provided an excellent communication and service to resolve the issue. This involved sending another item and arranging to have the orginal item picked up.
So often when things go wrong companies are often very poor in resolving the issue. Certainly Mecatechnic stands out to be very professional.. Well done.

I messaged about the item before I bought it to confirm it had all of the necessary whalebones to connect the roof interior to the car. I was told by your staff it did have these horizontal bars to install it, in your kit. It has arrived and it didn't include it. I have confirmation from your staff and an email specifically stating it does have these ribs/whalebones and they were not in my order. Not happy and nobody has contacted me back from customer service. 2 stars due to previously good correspondence, but now I doubt the honesty of the posts on this website. If it says, "includes whalebones", it doesn't.

HI,i feel they are not in tune with the customers. I live in ireland which is an english speaking country. UPON sending an E.MAIL in english they reply in FRENCH??? WE are a european country not AFRICAN. ON bringing this to the attention of customer service again a 2nd time i had toe E>MAIL a message to them they reply in french' HENRY

Looking for a source of VW Golf MK2 parts
I was looking for a supplier of VW car parts for Golf MK2 in Europe . The garage I use is trying to source some specific parts which it is finding particularly difficult to source . In the course of seeing your website I discovered a part I needed for my VW Golf MK2 . I ordered and paid for the part and it was delivered very quickly using TNT . The only area of concern was vat/duty on the product . Which I have queried with TNT . But otherwise was very satisfied with the way the transaction was handled and the speed of delivery to Uk address .

Brilliant price and product
Brilliant price, easy smooth transaction with super fast delivery. Genuine products so if concerned about purchasing online from a company overseas there is no need for any concern. I recommend this company to anyone.
It's not often I am able to post such a positive review but this company have been faultless over the two separate purchases I have made from them

Items arrived thanks but the currier service was TNT/FedEx which is quite possibly the worst service possible.
I have incurred post import tax nearly £60.oo but amazing difficult to actually pay the fine. Tried online but to no avail. Helpline I've been on over 45 minutes. Sorry but will think twice about ordering from MECATECHNIC again

Amazing company. Excellent prices and P&P is terrific value for money. Good selection of classic car parts at very reasonable prices. Have dealt with this company a few times, and I cannot fault them in any way. There staff even emailed me back with a query I had, in a very short space of time.

I only received part of my order so I phoned them and told them what I had not received. The lady on the phone was very polite and give me the reason saying it was out of stock and it would be sent out as soon as it became available.
Needless to say I received it today. . Outstanding service by MECHATECHIC. Thank you 👍

Incredible service. I ordered these on a Sunday they were dispatched on the Monday and arrived here in the UK on Wednesday, This really was exceptional service.
Parts I ordered were half the price I could find them in the UK.
I cannot recommend this company enough would not hesitate to use again.

High. Clamps that I purchased were far better than others I looked at and were clearly up for the job they were designed for. Its just a shame that Mech/tecnic are in europe as to buy anything of any value attracts the dreaded import duty and usually makes the item financially to expensive.

Great communication and decent pricing
Always communicate on order splits, timing of order and have great promotions.
when comparing with HeritageParts in the UK, I find Mecatechnic always has better prices for VW Parts. Additionally, the shipping cost is not too high.
