The product and service were exemplary…. I had no problems in placing my order and was delighted with the product when delivered…. My only concern and it is a small one was the software that took my details didn’t like that I only had a house name and no number….. whilst I am quite used to trying to make sure my full details are included to help the carrier find me in the small lane we live in can be difficult to locate… When I viewed the completed order confirmation it didn’t seem to have the house name as the first line in the delivery note…. As the Street is a few hundred yards long… I was concerned that the çarrier wouldn’t find me…..

It was very easy to identify the part that I needed and the website specifically informed me that the part was suitable for the appliance that I had so there was no doubt about ordering it. The price was better than anywhere else that I could find and the delivery faster too. It was also a genuine part which others were not actually supplying. In fact the speed with which the order was processed and delivered was nothing short of amazing. This will definitely be my go to place for any spare parts that I need in future and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been looking for a replacement vegetable drawer, for my LG American style fridge/freezer, only to be told by the manufacturer that the part was 'no longer available'. How frustrating, when the appliance itself is still in perfect working order! Step in FixPart, not only was the part available at a very reasonable price (incl delivery,) FixPart could deliver within 2-3 days, which they did. Furthermore, they're customer services could not have been more helpful. First class all round, thank you FixPart for your excellent service.

Excellent customer service. Despite DPD losing the item at customs, Fixpart were very quick at resolving it, sending a new one. Unfortunately in the end, the recommended part did not fit my machine and I had to be sent back. Fixpart were superb again in their email communication, made it an easy process for me, and they are reliable too in sending me the money back straightaway. Great service, but Fixpart might review their contract with DPD and use another courier.

My only issue is part came from France, DPD then falsely said theyd delivered it, tracking showed it was being held in customs only 2 hours before saying it had been delivered, fixapart thankfully contacted DPD who then stated they had lost it so a new part was sent so good customer service but can't help feeling part coming from France a bit of a pain resulting in longer wait than if coming from UK.

Needed a part for an old Miele vacuum cleaner. Fix Part was not the cheapest by any means, but the website did allow me to confirm the part was suitable for the model and there was a good returns policy. Delivery wasn’t cheap either, but the part came really quickly, less than 72 hours. The part fits well and the vacuum cleaner is working again, so worth the money I guess!

The speed of delivery was phenomenal! Literally less than 18 hours from ordering. I’d dropped the milk drawer out of our new fridge/freezer absolutely horrified so googled spare parts and Fixpart came up found my part and paid with PayPal. My only niggle was the extra charge using this and the delivery was slightly higher but at the time I wasn’t bothered.

Ordered a replacement spider arm assembly. The genuine Samsung part was 3 times as much. An after market part was suggested and arrive within a week. The item fitted as described and save me spending £600 on a replacement machine. I note some grumbles about communication, but give all I did was wait for the arrival, no chit chat was needed.

Really easy to look up and find the replacement seal for my washing machine. A good quality part and very reasonably priced compared to other sellers. Quick delivery too - which was a godsend as with a kid I couldn't have the washing machine out of service too long. Really helpful video to help me fit the new seal. Great all round.

Purchased a heating element for a Samsung washing machine. The correct part was delivered from Europe to UK within a couple of days with accurate progress tracking. Part plus postage and tax was lowest cost compared to competitors. Good service and value for money.

I didn't find it the easiest thing to identify what part I needed until I found this website, then with the help of pictures I found the very thing. It arrived promptly from France, I fitted it and it worked perfectly straight away. I am a very happy customer!

Extremely good service. I ordered a drain pump for our LG washing machine which was delivered promptly. ESpares, the site I would normally use, were unable source what is, I would guess, a frequently needed spare part. I shall now use this site henceforth.

After some false starts with other companies, FixPart matched my Smeg model number with the parts I needed and guaranteed that the parts I ordered would fit which they did. Fast, efficient service (via France!) and my future first stop for goods.

This organisation was able to supply a small part for our 'aged' Magimix. It was the only one I could find searching online. The part travelled from France to Britain in good time considering the problems this now poses. Excellent service !

Came quite quickly and the right part which I didn't think I would be able to get. Only thing was the wheel didn't come with it. It was lucky I had the other one of the broken part so was able to take that off and attach to the new part.

Identified and found my part by searching the website. The confirmation of sale was notified and very quickly the dispaqtch was confirmed (within a few hours). The part was dispatched from France and arrived with me 4 days later.

Good range of products. This was the only place online that had the specific item I needed. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit by the courier, but FixPart were very helpful in sorting it out and quickly sent a replacement.

Shipping was quick although it did say 1-3 days and it took 4. It did come from France though so it’s understandable. Part fits my washing machine perfectly. Very happy to be able to get my washing done! Thank you
