I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

The service is great, the product was very hard to source, but your website had exactly what I wanted!
However it had to be ordered from Europe so it did take some time… however this was not your fault.
Package arrived safely and item installed and looks awesome.
To improve I think the communication could be better, I had to chase up what had happened with the order and felt concerned that I had been scammed.. but you did do as promised- thanks I will use your business again

Good Overall Service
Correct part provided, well packaged and swift delivery. Only gripe, which is out of their hands to an extent, is delivery cost was about 25% of the part cost....but they were the only company with the part I needed so my hand was forced to an degree.
Would I use them again, yes if I was looking for a specific part, but would look at others for an overall cost, inc shipping.

Part arrived double quick time,but not sure it's correct for my machine as vibration still continues drum bearings and springs checked before ordering new shocks, Would be grateful if you could possibly check shocks are for Miele wt 945 s, although ordered two still charged individual costs for postage 😕

Wrong part delivered
After exchanging emails to provide information about the part needed, customer services finally understood that I had been supplied with a random item by mistake. They arranged for the correct part which was delivered in a few days. Good result although it was frustrating to explain the problem.

Thrown over the gate.
I’ve ordered two items. Delivery, although too expensive, was very quick. Items perfect.
Please note; midday today my item was delivered by an idiot who threw it over a 6 foot gate. I’ve never had anything like this before. No idea how it wasn’t smashed. Get a new courier.

I liked your range and ease of search and selection.
I disliked your shopping insurance offer, which is a scam - it is not at all clear that signing up for it commits the customer to auto renewal at over £70 and 6months advance cancellation required. It’s evil.
