I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

The parts I ordered fitted my vacuum perfectly. Appear to be genuine Nilfisk spares.
Had ordered a cheap replacement hoover shaft from ebay, it did't really fit properly. Should have just went straight to fix part.
Price of the spares @ fix part is nearly what I paid for my vac back in the day. £70! She's be well cared for bags & filters changed regularly.
If I went to internet to buy same model of vacuum again as was suggested by my daughter, same 1 is on @ £289.00!

Very helpful customer service (Saskia) in identifying correct part.
Rather surprised to find part being shipped from France which probably explains the high postage/packing charge, four customs declaration forms and two commercial invoices.
However, despite coming from France, delivery was very efficient but tracking impossible due to Royal Mail's pathetic tracking system.

The part was ordered on 24/04/24 and arrived at my house on 29/04/24.
I consider that to be a very good delivery timeframe. It is yet to be fitted by an engineer but I am confident it will do the job required. Good communication during order and delivery process. The only thing I would question for such a small item is the cost?

I was able to find the part I was looking for, which I couldn't find anywhere else. The product took a week to arrive, which I thought a little slow, but when it did arrive it came from France, which I didn't realise when I ordered, as its a co,uk web address. So in the end all good

Very pleased to find the spare part I needed for my hoover (Much better site and service than the actual Hoover one)
Address section could be better- eg put house name or number in box., not a separate box for house name.
