Hi .My order number is 1008.I have made a mistake to this shop. So sorry . I got confused with cigarsofcuba.co.uk and another online shops. I just want to say ,That cigarsofcuba.co.uk is 100%safe and sucure to shopping .The Customer service is very nice. I have received my Cigars on time .Everthing is perfect .I will 100% come back to shopping agian.
The rating I have given is not really indicative of my view of the company, rather a rating of disappointment, as my order was placed on December 21, in order to guarantee that the cigars would arrive in time for Christmas. Here we are on December 28, and no cigars.
I don’t object to paying extra for express/next day delivery, but it occurs to me that the courier/carrier is not fulfilling the obligations of their contract with the retailer, and unfortunately this will inevitably reflect on Cigars of Cuba, which is actually unfair.
I like the fact that they have an excellent turnaround time on receipt of orders and they do not charge for postage on orders over £50. Apart from that, the quality of the merchandise is much the same as can be obtained elsewhere.

Dispatch and postage was very prompt, products were good quality.
The cigars were not shipped with a boveda pack to ensure correct humidity while on transit - other websites put a boveda in every shipment.
