Excellent customer care. I received superb advice on which jacket to choose and what sort of size would be suitable for my girlfriend. Delivery was extremely rapid and I can’t fault my experience. Added to which if the jacket doesn’t fit for a Christmas present I can still exchange it in a month’s time. There really is nothing to quibble about.

Quality experience from start to finish. Supplier contacted me after initial order to ensure sizing would be suitable, and to ensure I was aware of the type of leather that would be supplied with the jacket. Package arrived within the stated time, and the supplier once again contacted me to sure I was happy with product and fit.

I loved the personal touch of taking me through the sizing to make sure I bought the correct size for my husband. Being a cross over size between Medium and large we went for the medium which fits like a dream. The leather is so soft and supple and the colour is a fantastic brown. We couldn't be happier.
