I have been using 2GoSoftware for a few years for my annual subscriptions – Office365 etc. I keep coming back to them as they remind me when my renewals are due and never fail to offer the best prices. They also provide excellent step-by-step guides on registering and renewing subscriptions removing the worry of clicking on the wrong button or getting lost on all too often onerous tasks.

You corrected my order with out fuss: and in a very professional manner, once I notified you that my Kaspersky plus computer security was the incorrect region. (1) I would have given 5* had the order been correct in the fist place. (2) I shall still be giving your company the first opportunity, when ever I need to purchase in the future.

I've used your company several times; this time we had a little glitch. You sent me the code for the incorrect region; which wasted a little of my time sorting it out. The positive thing about your company is that on the rare occasion when a glitch does occur you act in a very professional manner and sort it out quickly.

Hi, Originally I was given a kaspersky plus that would not work in my region (UK). After lots of wasted time; I contacted Kaspesky and 2gosoftware; it was eventually sorted.

Very easy to renew, but does the renewal start on the payment day this year, payment day last year or the expiry date from the year before. So confused

They prompted me to renew the licence. The price was again competitive and it was an easy process to follow to install the software.
