Great price, easy download and excellent customer support. Despiute having bought my Norton Antivirus software from 2GO for a number of years, however, I did encounter a couple of problems, both of which were resolved within a few hours when I emailed Customer Support. The first was that the installation process stalled when Norton insisted that I sign up for an annual renewal and requested payment details. Aparently, you just accept and then cancel the annual renewal before the end of the 12 month licence. The second was that, on the 2GO website, I was not able to download Norton Ultimate. the screen said that this version was not copmpatible with my PC, which is wrong. I was, however, able to download it via my Norton Dashboard. All was well in the end, but I think that both issues should have been explained in the installation instructions.

2gosoftware always provide excellent security products, reviews, prices and bundles, and if you're overwhelmed by the whole spectrum of choice, then they also offer telephone advice, explanations and installations to enable you to make the right choice and solution.
They are focused on the person and their digital security rather than profit, and thus treat their customers with a high level of care and respect.
I've been a customer for a number of years now, and they are my go-to provider for anything digital on PC and mobile devices, which often needs to be interchangeable... I highly recommend to others...

Great prices and excellent support...you cant ask for more!
I have been using 2GoSoftware for a few years for my annual subscriptions – Office365 etc. I keep coming back to them as they remind me when my renewals are due and never fail to offer the best prices. They also provide excellent step-by-step guides on registering and renewing subscriptions removing the worry of clicking on the wrong button or getting lost on all too often onerous tasks.
