I was quite hesitant to buy a renewal Microsoft 365 Personal licence from a website at such a discounted price but all the reviews I read for 2GOSOFTWARE, even on Trustpilot, were good. So I took the plunge!...and I'm so glad I did! Their offer was everything it said on the tin. The product code came through almost instantly after I'd paid. I followed the provided guidance/instructions which was easy and I'm happy to say the code was genuine.
This was my first purchase with 2GOSOFTWARE and I'm really happy with it.
I will definitely renew with them again and would recommend this website to anyone.
I spent 2 hours trying to activate the product I purchased without success. I eventually chose to purchase the same product direct from Mcaffe and it upgraded within 1 minute. I then tried to get a refund from you and because I’d broken the seal I couldn’t claim. I am now in the process of reporting your company to trading standards,you are selling a product cheaply to attract customers that doesn’t work and offer a refund that you can’t claim,shame on you.

Good morning, thank you for your review of your purchase. Rest assured, everything is going as it should! All our license codes are only issued to the buyer and no one else has access to your code, a code that is unique and only available in your personal account on our website. We contacted McAfee and they informed us that you have successfully activated your license key in your McAfee account. We have sent you emails in which we explained this and informed you what to do, to which you yet have to reply. We will keep in touch and make sure you will be able to use your purchase as intended!
