Was shopping around for a while now for the new n spectacular Festool 8.0 Ah High Power 18V Batteries . Seems there is a shortage all around Europe these days, and the only place I could find em was the UK. I did a fairly thorough search and found the best prices here at Kelvin Power Tools, and they offered a discount for the twin battery bundle . Not only that but I got another discount for ordering around Christmas Time! They promised next working day shipping, and they fulfilled that with flying colors, delivering said batteries to a hotel with no hitches whatsoever! The whole shopping experience was flawless and very convenient, with the website being a joy to navigate…and of course I got multiple updates on the status of my order, when it got dispatched, and upon delivery. The product itself was of course in perfect condition and was very well n carefully packed when it came in. Can’t recommend this shop enough for anything Festool or any of many other brands of power tools!! Thanks so much to the amazing guys n gals from Kelvin Power Tools , a Merry Christmas and Outstanding New Year to all of you!!

The charger arrived loose and not in non-retail packaging, which was not disclosed beforehand. The delivery was slow, but this was communicated in advance. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
Edited: Your website does not explain that the charger is split from a tool kit! The delivery was particularly slow, taking about 2 weeks to arrive. You asked for my feedback so don't attack me!!!!!!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Easy to use website. Easy to pay securely. Order confirmed in a few minutes. Kept informed about the delivery. Courier network from Glasgow to Surrey overnight. Delivered early afternoon. Hole for a waste pipe core cut through a 300mm solid stone wall completed by 5pm.
Photos online of store look very impressive. A proper traditional tool store.
Price for Bosch Pro Core cutting set was very keen and free delivery. Their service has been 5* from start to finish = Excellent

I like ordering from Kelvin Tools because they have a great selection of high quality brands at competitive prices. Even when you search on Google for a particular tool, Kelvin are usually the ones with the best price.
They also make sure you get your order quickly and I like that they use DPD who provide a 1hr delivery slot so you know exactly when your order is arriving.

Good service but delivery let it down. Paid for guaranteed delivery before 1pm. It didn't arrive until nearly 4pm. They had to leave it with a neighbour who went away for a couple of days before I got in from work so I never got my deliver until 3 days after I should have.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee any of our delivery services - we state this in our delivery info which appears on every product page and in our terms and conditions. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it's in the courier's hands, so we have no control over delivery.

Shoped around for the best price on HIKOKI . Not only that I ordered 2 x 3ah battery which were out of stock so they offered me 3 x 2ah . OK smaller battery but more versatile for me . Next day delivary too .

Did not receive email giving approx delivery time. We could have gone out. The package was just left on doorstep - driver did not ring our bell. Otherwise delivery was prompt and satisfactory.

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can only apologise for this. On DPD's system it shows that they sent you an email at 12.25pm on the 17th September with your one hour delivery time slot. It might have went in to your junk folder. We put a large sticker on all of our parcels which tells the delivery driver to not leave the parcel unless someone accepts delivery, so this shouldn't have happened. We'll report this to DPD.
