Trouble free efficient transaction, found Kelvin on ebay, but it would not let me place an order because they were closed for the Christmas holidays. Went directly to their website and the purchase was transacted, with information of when it would be dispatched and alland was cheaper, presumably because the ebay fee was not included. Good experience will use them again
Almost faultless service
The only slight moan I have is that the dehumidifier was packed upside down but I just let it settle for 4 hours and everything seems ok. The delivery took less than 24 hours and I was kept informed throughout. And, best of all, the price was the cheapest I could find so great value.
Plus, I was happy to choose Kelvin Tools because of their no nonsense replies to some of the more bogus 1 star reviews. The company obviously cares about their reputation.

Very good communication, delivery delayed but still within promised time.
Metabo taping chuck, innovative and great quality feel. Expected two-jaw mechanism to grip square or round shanks but this is three jaw with square recesses in bottom of chuck. Three jaw more versatile and will give better grip on round shanks so will see how it delivers and lasts.
Brilliant customer service, DPD hadn't delivered my order on the correct time despite it being dispatched by Kelvin power tools almost immediately. They sorted out the postage for me and we're honestly just brilliant couldn't recommend more
Excellent Service & Product
Item was cheapest price in the UK - but out of stock. I signed up for an e-mail alert. As soon as it was back in stock, I got a message and a link to the item on the website. I then went 'one click' to the Kelvin Power Tools website and ordered it. It was delivered in less than 24 hours, for free. That's good service. Kelvin are always good, low prices and fast delivery. Thank you Kelvin!
Great customer service
I ordered a pair of tin snips that were on clearance. Unfortunately the wrong type were sent but after speaking to Shirley on the phone the problem was quickly resolved without fuss. I was sent the correct snips the next day!!
The delivery was speedy and the product was a great price too.

Fast Service and Cost Effective Products
Whilst I ordered the product over the Xmas and New year period when kelvin Power tools were closed, as soon as they reopened, I received the product within 2 days.
The package was well protected, without being excessive.
I would use kelvin Power again
I did order one of these paslode guns from somewhere else a few weeks ago.
It never arrived and I had a lot of hassle to get my money back.
However, my experience with Kelvin power tools was excellent. the gun arrived next day and I had the bonus of an extra battery for a good price.

No problem with Kelvin power tools a pleasure to deal with however your courier dpd are f#/%&_g s#÷t paid for next day delivery and got package 3 days later and it was dumped on next door neighbours doorstep even though I was at home and package was labelled do not leave in a safe deliver to customer only redeliver if necessary honestly dpd are undoubtedly the F●{《€#g worst courier in the universe my last 5 deliveries from them have been 3+ days late even though I have paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can only apologise for any problems that you had with DPD. You placed your order on our website on Saturday 6th September when we were closed for the weekend and you paid for next working day delivery. Your parcel was dispatched when we reopened on Monday 8th and on DPD's system it shows that it was delivered the next working day on Tuesday 9th, so the delivery time is correct. On DPD's system, it shows a picture of the parcel delivered outside a front door, which the driver shouldn't have done, so we'll report this to DPD and we'll also report that it was delivered to the wrong address.
Second purchase of an Ebac dehumidifier via Kelvin Power
This is my second purchase of an Ebac 2650 via Kelvin Power. Very competitive price and great service with the next day delivery being appreciated. Also qualifies for 4 year warranty after registration with Ebac for which there is a useful link on the Kelvin site. No hesitation in recommending Kelvin Power to anyone.
The right product at a good price - seemingly a good vendor for Hikoki / Hitachi/ Metabo tools and accessories.

I’ve placed a couple of orders recently and normally over a weekend.
Always received the acknowledgment email and the goods have been despatched promptly meaning I have got them on the Tuesday- really good.
My deliveries have always come via DPD and they are pretty good at giving date/times etc - will be ordering again for sure.
Staff are truly amazing . I just wish they had land line to phone . But after sending email with my questions. Great member of there team phoned me up and problem solved . Great prices on all my Festool ordered from them .

Having hunted high and low for the Bosch jigsaw blades l required only Kelvin Power Tools held stock, the buying process was simplicity itself despite the fact that l didn't have an account. Postage to be paid was very fair and communication was excellent throughout the transaction.

Great price and very efficient service, they use DPD too, which are generally amongst the best couriers, time slot delivery and live tracking etc.
Almost docked a star for the fact they don't send a PDF receipt, but that would be a bit harsh - otherwise excellent!
