Unhappy customer. I was told I would get a perpetual license for the full product. What I actually received was a license for a student version. This is just dishonest. I have no idea what the full limits of the student version are but it’s already clear that some documentation or training is not available unless I am prepared to lie that I am a student. Completely unacceptable. Finally the installation instructions given did not work. I finally guessed what to do. So it’s sort of working but I have no idea what the restrictions are or for how long. Not happy.

Very pleased with the product, (microsoft office 365) and the reasonable price, I found that this product was always too costly for me as an occasional user, but at this price it is affordable. The product works great and the service from the retailers is excellent from start to delivery and beyond.

Процесът на покупка не бе успешен поради проблем с моята кредитна карта. Свързах се с техническата поддръжка и те предложиха плащане чрез банков превод. Депозирах стойността на продукта в техния банков акаунт без допълнителни такси и разходи. Получих лиценза и всичко се осъществи много лесно.

Je n'ai pas fait attention et j'ai acheté une licence AUTODESK AUTOCAD pour macOS. J'ai contacté le support technique et leur ai expliqué la situation. Ils ont résolu l'erreur et m'ont remboursé la différence. Ensuite, j'ai reçu une licence pour le système Windows. C'était génial.
