The product delivered was not what was in the description. I have purchased what was shown as a 12 month Microsoft 365 Business Standard license. This is what I need and also what is described on the website: https://nextdigitalkey.com/product/microsoft-office-365-business-standard/. The information I recieved is for logging into an existing login with a student license, see attached screenshot. Please send the correct product to me.

The product I purchased arrived with detailed instructions for use immediately upon completion of the order. A question I had later was answered completely within two minutes after I sent it. Product works well.

Thank you to you for your advice and being extremely helpful in trying to help me with the installation following unresolvable activation problems. It turned out that since I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro some years back taking advantage of Microsoft's free like for like upgrade offer to Windows 10 Pro, the constant updates from windows probably wound corrupting my system and we came to the conclusion that the only solution was reformat and clean install. When I did this your activation method worked perfectly. Thank you NextDigitalKey. You go way beyond what I could expect and are far more thorough than Microsoft themselves even.

The only slight problem I had what is with installing the software, battery reading the instructions sorted that out. Altogether I good experience.
