Unhappy customer. I was told I would get a perpetual license for the full product. What I actually received was a license for a student version. This is just dishonest. I have no idea what the full limits of the student version are but it’s already clear that some documentation or training is not available unless I am prepared to lie that I am a student. Completely unacceptable. Finally the installation instructions given did not work. I finally guessed what to do. So it’s sort of working but I have no idea what the restrictions are or for how long. Not happy.

GREAT SUPPORT
I have purchased MS Office for my old Macbook pro and the service provided was great.Clear instructions given on the installations steps etc. I needed further support though as my old Mac wasnt playing the game and after writing an email to the NextDigitalKey asking for help, they pretty much provided me with a solution within minutes.
