These were the only people who were selling the jar that I wanted. Price was good, but was a little suprised that even though a co.uk website the items were being shipped from Germany but no custom charge, so that was good too. Best test for any business is how they engage if there is an issue, and there was... a couple of the jars were broken when recieved... but their customer services was EXCELLENT... they responded immediately and once we agreed that I'd like replacements sent out they did this without any question and no cost... so now I have all of the jars I need. Would recommend on price and top customer service.
We have not received any of SEVEN orders placed (first on the 15th April). Bottles we use are out of stock and when you look at your website, it says orders complete which they blatantly are not - most are still in Germany due to a web Customs issue with DPD apparently....
A couple of the jars were a bit greasy. Expect items to look new

High quality and strong bottles with ceramic swing tops. Shape and colour are excellent.
Shipping was rather slow and one bottle was smashed on delivery; I was surprised that more were not damaged as the packaging was not really up to international shipping and not marked fragile. A double box with some packing material would have been better.

Do you guys know about bubblewrap?
So many bottles broken on first delivery that we had to ask for a second delivery. Do you guys know about wrapping material, like bubblewrap??? These bottles are traveling with only thin paper on top on them, no protection at all.
