I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

My order placed 03 May has not yet been received. Peter Hahn did email to apologise for the delay and offered a £20 voucher off my next purchase but, unfortuately for them, we have all got used to 'quick' delivery on most online orders so waiting for weeks (rather than a few days) will not encourage future orders.

Ordered 4 items which were on stock on the website. Arrived only on e as the others, I learnt opening the box, were out of stock. I would have expected an email as soon as they knew this as the orders are not reaching you in just a couple of days. It was too late then for me to buy a swimming suit for my holiday

The delivery service is appalling. Only information customers get is, that the order has been sent. After that you have to wait and see, when Royal Mail will eventually deliver. Considering the price you pay, the service leaves a lot to be desired. A good reason for me not to buy from Peter Hahn any more

Ordered on 28th April ,payment taken on 15th May,email to say it was on its way on 20th May ,more recent email to apologise for delay.I feel that the information that there would be a delay should have come sooner with the offer to cancel.It has not yet arrived.

I received news emails daily but never any information, other than confirmation of the order, about the order. To date after two lengthy waiting telephone call, I would know nothing. The payment was taken two days ago but to date, no order has been received.

I have been waiting for an order since 11/08/23. Phoned once and told it was in stock and would be dispatched soon...not charged yet. I am thinking of cancelling the order. No doubt the prices have dropped by now but I will be charged at order price.

Customer communication is very poor, needs much improvement since there are constant delays with delivery of ordered items. It is difficult to remain understanding when there is no contact from the Peter Hahn team and an apparent reluctance to engage.

Slow

No e mail acknowledgement of order or notification of dispatch and very slow delivery (more than 2 weeks for order to arrive despite being in stock). Wanted item for holiday in 2 weeks but didn’t order as couldn’t be sure it would arrive in time.

Ordered an item weeks ago they said they were having difficulty with delivery then heard nothing from them for weeks until I got in touch, they said last week that it would be despatched early this week but so far nothing more from them.

Keep customers up to date with orders, dispatch and more importantly when there are any issues with confirmed orders. Delivery takes too long. Not able to check these out on online accounts. Feel kept in the dark as to what's happening

Items take too long to process. Quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Expensive. New system being put in place means it takes ages to get on the website and then told to phone anyway because system can’t deal with the problem.

Refunds are very slow coming through. Returned items can take weeks for the refund to be transferred to accounts. It is just not good enough. Order items are also slow in arriving although they are usually well packed.

Out of stock

When I ordered this it was in stock. When I chased my order I was told it was out of stock but no one bothered to inform me! One piece arrived but I’m still waiting for my second item.
