I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Please reimburse my money for a jumper that was not suitable. This is not the first time I have had to ring customer services to ask where the payment is. It has made me feel I do not want to shop with Peter Hahn again. Other companies are far better at refunding customers-you are the worst, by far.

Takes money and nearly 3 week wait for shoes!

Although the shoes are Gabor and Peter Hahn only distributes them then l am not marking the shoes as they were excellent. I waited just under 3 weeks for the shoes to be delivered not acceptable in this day and age. After contacting PH for estimated time of delivery was informed by e-mail 2 days later that it can take 8-10 days. Adding up all the days etc 3 weeks wait and the taking of £115 after 3 days , no that’s wrong as they state they only take moneys when order is on way.

Avoid this company

Peter Hahn promises not to take your money until your order is dispatched - this is untrue. My credit card has been debited but I've been waiting 19 days now for a pair of sandals & 17 days for a blouse. Peter Hahn took the money without delivering. So much for their promise. I'm so fed up that I tried to cancel these 2 orders - the company refused to cancel. I am still waiting for an acknowledgement (let alone a damned refund) for goods returned to Peter Hahn on 28 June. Service using the telephone order line is dreadful, Average wait time for (seemingly the only) operative to pick up is 20 minutes & the last time this happened I was told to call back next day because the computer was down. I will never order from this online retailer again. I've never experienced service as poor as this before.

Thank you for your review. If we have charged your card this will be because your order is in transit. We do ask to allow 8-10 working days for the order to arrive via Royal Mail. We would never refuse a customer to cancel their order, but sadly in this case as the order had left our German warehouse this could not be cancelled as this was in transit.
