Review summary

Customers appreciate the well-made, durable, and reliable tools and equipment, as well as the fast and reliable delivery service. The interchangeable batteries and good battery life are highly valued, and many find the equipment easy to handle and operate. The wide selection, compatibility across tool types, and innovative battery-sharing ecosystem also receive positive feedback. In addition, most customers feel the tools offer good value, especially compared to big brands or petrol models. Some customers note specific issues with certain models or components, as well as challenges with battery removal, lifespan, or charging. Assembly can be difficult for some users due to weight, unclear instructions, or parts not fitting easily. Delivery delays or confusion have been occasionally reported, and opinions on customer service are mixed, with several customers mentioning inflexible policies, slow responses, or lack of direct contact options. Frustration with discount policies or missed savings opportunities has also been expressed.

I can’t imagine many people would find the assembly easy perhaps some colour code would help the tool it’s far too heavy for many people to find useful. I think you need to go back to research and chase up different materials of a smaller batteries would help weight distribution.

Goods delivered as purchased and in a timely manner. Not used the hedge trimmer yet, so can't comment on its performance.

First I bought the mower...

First I bought the 48v mower knowing that I'd need a pole hedge trimmer. So the 24v hedge trimmer was bought to complete my current garden tool requirements. Really happy with both products that are well made. If I had one gripe it is that the hedge trimmer is a little on the heavy side, so the lady in the brochure must go to the gym.

Excellent mower, very poor aftercare service response

Excellent Mower, however aftercare customer service contact and response times are very poor, you can only message and not call to speak to someone, it would be good just to get anauto confirmation email to confirm your request. Unfortunately they don't respond in 24-48hrs, not even 72hrs, I have been waiting 4 days with no response, and had to raise a complaint on the case raised. Still awaiting a response Thank you

Greenworks Submersible Water Pump

I have a significant number of Greenworks tools bought over a period of years and not one has developed any fault whatsoever.A single battery type fits all and last a long time on a single charge.

Love my garden power tools from greenworks. I have 6 different tools now and find them easy to handle (even the extended hedge trimmer) So far no issues with any of them and the oldest was bought 2 years ago.

Nice mower

Nice mower. Easy to use and very comfortable on the arms. Cuts lovely and only time will tell if it continues to do so. Plenty of battery life for my garden.

Leaf blower/vac

Easy to order and delivery was quick. Not used the leaf blower/vac yet so only gave four stars.

I would have liked to have known two parcels were being delivered. All correspondence suggested just one. So when Half was delivered, I naturally tried to complain. Half an hour later, the same delivery company, different driver, brought the rest of the order. Still only one delivery/ despatch note.

Lawn mower, then more

I bought the lawn mower and find it excellent for my medium sized lawn. I have sine bought the strimmer, again very good and then the bundle of angle grinder, drill and wrench, excellent value and excellent tools. It is great to go battery, where the tools are as good as electric or petrol.

I have tried to contact you but did not manage it. I got a replacement battery for my mower as I left the existing one in the rain. I thought it was kaput but it worked fine when it dried out. I have charged the new one but not used it. Can I return it?

Quality

As usual the garden vacuum/blower is the same quality as the mower and strimmer I already have, excellent

the pole hedge trimmer is a good piece of equipment , sturdy and strong. However it is quite heavy and would benefit from having the tube alignment arrows on both sides of the tube as they often end up on the wrong side when in use

So far, so good

Great piece of kit, our first cordless electric mower. A bit on the heavy side, but we can live with that for now. No difficulty setting up or charging batteries.
