I was unable to track my order and I tried calling the number on their site, didn’t get a response. Sent a mail didn’t get anything. After I sent another mail and they offered to refund my money. As at the time am writing this, they are yet to refund although they have sent several emails that I would be getting my money in 3-5 working days. Terrible service from Pakcosmetics

Items left outside, and stolen. Have to wait another week for them to make a claim for items to be replaced. Disapointing, took a week to arrive o. First place!

Poor customer service. I received an incomplete order and was told they had checked the CCTV when the packing was done and no further action will be taken!

Great service to know that I have a money-back guarantee with any goods that I purchase with Paks Cosmetics. I feel confident when using this service and knowing that I will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the goods in the event of non-delivery or non-refund.

Items were well protected apart from the Alma oil which did not have any additional taping so it leaked.

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over £50 and l two of the three items have a best by date of 06/24 and 08/24. This is completely unacceptable as we are in March, 03/24. The third item has a date of 02/25 which is under a year and also the product is of poor quality in the bottle. It looks as though it has already expired. Again completely unacceptable. Also, the packaging the irems came in is ridiculous, literally an old box which was for some sort of skincare product. I contacted their customer service who seems to think that selling products with such ridiculously short shelf life and of poor quality is absolutely fine. I am requesting a full refund.

I have not received my order, I was told it would be delivered to me, after all I did pay for carriage, yet I still haven't had it. The courier said he left it in reception, well there is no reception areas in our building. They are now dragging out an investigation for another 7-10 days, I have no choice but to wait, I will do this because I know that I do not have my order.

The product is terrible! Gave me burn sensation, had to take my shower again. Regret purchasing the product.

I like that they stock the wig I love but I do not like that they have cut the wig down, I have placed the midnight blue wig next to my honey blonde one. That is exactly the same, and the hair is less in a huge comparison... I am so upset because they don't have anymore in the midnight blue and this one I want to give it straight back because it looks ridiculous
