Product seemed watered down. This isn’t the same as I have purchased from other retailers WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

I did not receive confirmation letter after my order. I ordered the item on Sunday for 2-3 (48 hours trackable) days delivery but the item was received on Friday. I was not able to track the item. I was basically left in lumber till delivery. I made 2 phone calls but they were not helpful after the long wait. In summary, I will never buy from that website again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

I got an expired lotion yesterday. The lotion expired in December 2022 and i bought it for £15.99 pounds.

Very poor customer service. Package arrived leaking and and damaged. also the item expired in 2021. I have been in touch to resolve the issue but to date no one has contacted. Very poor aftersale service very poor quality check. Overall I would not recommend

If I was able to give no stars I would have. Do NOT buy from this company. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I recently ordered a small bottle of argan oil which arrived with the seal of protection broken. I called the customer care line to explain but all I got from the disinterested customer service agent was “that’s not possible because the products come directly from the warehouse”. She then said I would need to email the customer care department which I did. The person who replied to me was unsympathetic and basically told me in a indirectly way that I was lying. Overall I had a terrible experience with Paks. I wasn’t offered no alternative solution to the issue and they didn’t care if their customer was using one of their products that had the seal broken on arrival. I don’t have the energy or the time to go back and forth with that company for £7.99

I bought 2 of the Florida water And it’s fake I can’t believe I wasted my money I would like my money back

I ordered something and was charged another price, I had to cancel my credit card and therefore did not receive the items or my money back!!!! I work hard for my money , this is bad service!!!

Poor delivery

Very rude staff and poor quality products. Buyers should beware that once they have your money you're irrelevant. Complained about a defective wig and was told it was my problem.

I ordered my items before 1pm on a Monday and paid for 2-3 delivery. You would think delivery would come latest by Thursday but it came on Friday afternoon. Making me miss doing my hair on Friday as previously planned. It felt like a scam paying for the 2-3 days delivery and not receiving it in time

Twice have I ordered stuffs that took more than a week….I’m disappointed

I feel that the advert is very misleading...it clearly shows TWO 500ml bottles for the price advertised. I made an order for Two items expecting FOUR. I also paid postage so paid £12 for TWO 500ml bottles which I consider to be poor value for money.

The item I asked for which I purchase three packets of pre-stretch hair to come on Wednesday which it arrived on Friday do you think that's worth it plus I had to buy two other hair to do my hair in the first in the in the end

I have tried to email customercare@pakcosmetics.com Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like. I have attached pictures.

I am very disappointed. Ont recommend

Provide the items when purchased rather than having to chase

My parcel has not arrived yet and it has been a week still waiting.

The order I wanted wasn't in stock, the website showed otherwise. It wasn't until I phoned up on the progress of my order that I found out there was no stock availability. Please check your website on a daily basis and update accordingly.
