Results took longer than was expected

No results received - Paid for a couples test - sent samples away several weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing except several requests for feedback. Was waiting for a reasonable amount of time to pass before responding in case the results eventually arrived but no - still nothing. Total waste of money.

It's been weeks since I sent of a sample and have not heard a thing about results or receipt conformation of my sample (checked junk folder as well). The FAQ page regarding "where is my results" reads "please use the test finder at the top of this page to track where it is" - however there is no test finder at the top of the page at all. Live chat takes you to a livechat.com and cannot link me to sensitivity check. Frustrating as hell.

The results didn’t pick up on major sensitivities that I already know about and listed some foods as sensitive that I’m 99% certain I’m not sensitive to. A waste of time and money!

I ordered the product in January, but to this day I have not received the order.

Sent my sample over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive any sort of response!

I never got the kit to test despite paying full amount.

I haven’t heard anything from anyone, so dissapointing

Got mine, very interesting to say the least. I suffer with extreme bloating and swollen joints and am an itchy person. The food sensitivity yielded my largest results. Of a long extensive list, my daily consumables include the following: I'm 100% sensitive to A-lactalbumin, 93% lactose, 86% gluten, 98% oats amongst others. I'm now wondering if all of my issues are caused by the above. I've had numerous arthritis bloods and xrays and my results always came back clear/nothing wrong. 👀👀 Also very interesting to note I was 100% WHITE wine 😭😭😭 but after reading through all the Information again, I believe this to be caused by too much consumption (I only drink white wine, no other alcohols) and my body is overwhelmed and cannot detox the amount I'm putting in, so I'm having a sensitivity reaction. Guess I'll have to eliminate these from my diet and keep a diary of how I feel and after 4-6 weeks order a retest 😉 Watch this space.... When I report back, a slimmer, healthier more mobile me 😎
