Was I disappointed I didn't get my Marlboro tobacco? yes. So why am I still giving 5 stars? A number of reasons :-
Shops DO occasionally run out of stock;
Some shops give you a 'store credit' (not that I'd have minded in this case as I WILL be shopping here until I have to give up smoking or I die) - and that after you've had to ASK for a refund - I got my refund automatically without asking;
I ordered two lighters, a really good one for my wife's birthday which was as brilliant as advertised;
My lighter, I thought (from the price) was just one above the disposable lighters so imagine my surprise when I got a reassuringly heavy lighter which was almost as good as my wife's far more expensive one!
An order has been placed and it was shipped after 5-6 days an multiple phone calls all do all of the items were in stock and I payed for priority shipping, no explanation was given for the delay
Got my first order very wrong, when I complained it was kind of them to say that they fix it by sending the correct order but even the resend had a mistake

I have bought tobacco in the shop, and online on a few occasions, since learning of it from youtube. Both the workers that I met were great representatives of the shop. I is good to deal with the human face of the business, as they share an interest in the products on sale, and are very helpful. When I had a problem with a pipe I had bought the customer service was excellent and I left the shop satisfied and happy. Do visit the shop, you are sure to find something or somethings that you like and have a good experience.

My last order arrived THREE DAYS late because although a photograph was taken from the ground floor, nobody actually came upstairs to make the delivery! I was not only in but my front door was left wide open to keep cool, so the "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" remark sent by email was an absolute lie! I HAD TO BUY SOME TOBACCO (that was not PUEBLO, my favourite tobacco) FROM A LOCAL SHOP BEFORE I RAN OUT! In future can you send my packages via ROYAL MAIL who are always prompt with their deliveries!

Your service is excellent but actually ordering last time was virtually impossible which necessitated a telephone call for help. After some years suddenly you wanted my age (80), date of birth. So complicated I haven’t ordered since. I have an account which should be sufficient without going through this.

STILL a brilliant shop
The only reason that my normal 5 stars weren't given is that I couldn't get hold of my favourite Marlboro tobacco! I had to go to another site where I could only buy in bulk - and that's something I could do at the time but which I couldn't do most of the time!
I liked the range of products, although the coffee I chose happened to be out of stock I was later told. Also from many poor experiences, not just Havana House Royal Mail are a very unreliable delivery service these days. Parcel turned up about 3 days late….

Item is a Xmas gift so contents of box not unwrapped. Disappointed that the inscribed box that is part of the gift is damaged. Given the amount of bubble wrap around it the damage had yo have been before the packing stage.
