Review summary
Customers frequently appreciate the fast and prompt delivery, as well as the excellent, responsive, and helpful customer service. Most are very satisfied with the product quality, describing items as solid, high quality, and durable. The ordering process is widely regarded as straightforward and easy. Additionally, customers value the wide selection and customization options available for products, including various color and design choices.
However, some customers express frustration over delivery delays and miscommunication regarding delivery times. A few report slow responses or unresolved issues with customer service. There are also concerns about the price or unmet expectations regarding products. Some customers encounter problems with out-of-stock items, lack of communication about availability, and related delays or refund issues.

Purchased a wetroom tray for a customer, but the customer subsequently changed their mind. I contacted customer support, who sent me an RMA form. I completed it and returned it as requested.
Since then, I’ve sent 4–5 emails and made several phone calls. More than three weeks later, I’m still waiting for a response or resolution.
Every time I call, I’m told it will be dealt with “today or tomorrow”, but nothing happens. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in a complete waste of my time.
Based on this experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Having used the gold drain for a few months now, I can say that it looks set to be of really good quality. Nothing has gone wrong with it yet, and the colour is still holding up.

That configurator is a really handy tool. It allowed me to tailor the shower tray to my bathroom design without having to go to the trouble of cutting it to size and so on.

I recommend this online shop.
Some time ago, I made a purchase on this website, and after a brief conversation with customer service, they assisted me in selecting the right product for my bathroom. The product itself is also flawless.

Oliver was extremely helpful with details of delay in dispatch, changing my order and cancelling when we realised that the units wouldn’t fit. Immediate refund and response…. Very impressed.
