I made a mistake in my order was told I could get new order my paying 5.99. great. But since I have contacted 2 times by email and twice by phone to UK office just to ask how I go about this. No reply to emails and told on phone someone will get back to me. No one has! Such a shame you have bad customer service? Very disappointed!
