Bought for a gift and we were really pleased with the quality of the item.
The only down side was the interaction with the delivery service. On your email link it was stating that it was on its way. Yet the delivery company kept stating it was with sender. I had a helpful WhatsApp chat with someone who explained what was happening at it was coming from overseas. If I had know this I would have taken this into consideration. Then the delivery company gave us a 2 hour time slot which we waited in for, for the parcel to be late. We had to be somewhere so it made us late. Not your fault I am aware however I think you should be made aware of who you are working with. Also I was tracking the driver and there were at least twice that the parcel could have been here from a prior drop off but his schedule sent him elsewhere.
My experience of your custom is absolutely disgusting, I ordered some canvasses from your company two weeks ago! the canvasses I ordered was of me an my children to give to my elderly mother who has dementia an the canvasses of us was to remind her of who we are! I was absolutely devastated that you sent me 5 canvasses of a tractor ,some cows an some random family! I put it down to the Xmas rush an confusion with deliveries! But it's disgusting how I asked for a refund because I had to get them done else where and you refused a refund but offered a(GOOD WILL GESTURE) too resend them!! Well we had to get them done else where so we don't need them,!!! This is your fault not ours as a customer a refund is in our rights!! I will be posting on you website an reporting you it's absolutely disgusting!!! I won't let this go until your exposed

Received my latest 2 cushions.
One had a blue mark on my late husband's nose. if it doesn't fade after settling down I may have to put a dab of makeup on it!
The cushions are not of the same quality as before - much lighter.
I am awaiting delivery of my second acrylic and my 5th mug with my husband's face on them. Acrylic for his memorial bench outside.
I now have 5 canvasses,8 cushions, 5 mugs, 2 acrylics,a tote bag and a towel. There's room in my heart for more but not in my flat!
I will continue to recommend your company as I have always done, especially the cushions to the newly bereaved. They have been a godsend to me! Thank you!

Pluses and minuses, but overall good.
Quality of print is good. Am satisfied with that, and the favourable price.
However, I think it should be made clearer just how much of the picture is lost due to the wrapping over of the canvas at the edges. Because of this my pussycat's ears were almost lost! Had I been aware beforehand, I might have been able to centralise the image more via photoshop, or similar, before submitting.

The black and white photo I had done is really bright although it is not pulled over the canvas properly so looks like a little crease. The colour photo of my son in his officer army uniform is a little disappointing as not as good quality and can see the folds. All the others I have previously had done which totals 7, have been excellent.

Change your delivery company,7 days from despatch to delivery that was supposed to have been 3 days earlier and was cancelled at 8.00pm on delivery evening, pictures were great,frames great,delivery company Yodel totally useless.Not the first time I've had problems with these cowboys.
