I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

No problems with my order of a large printed canvas and mug. Good quality, and packaging. The only problem I had is when I discovered that you use Yodal as your courier. In my experience they are generally useless. Had an email saying one package was to be delivered on the Saturday which was fine. On the Thursday before with 5 minutes warning discovered that it was now being delivered that day, which it was. Luckily, I was home. The second package I was told was being delivered the following Monday. Again, the Saturday before received an email that it would be delivered that day between 19.00 and 21.00. Checked the Yodal tracking, and indeed showed the delivery information, and the position of the driver. Guess what. Never turned up! Wasted a day waiting for a non delivery. Checked on the Sunday to discover that package would now be delivered on Monday it was originally supposed to arrive. Again, which it did. Unfortunately, after countless problems with Yodal I am very concerned using not only your company, but all companies that use Yodal. Sadly, although your products are fine, unless things change I may look for different company that doesn't use them as a courier...

Exceeded expectations

I was very happy with my completed photo book considering most of the photos were taken on mobile phones the quality was exceptional. I have used different companies before but I was impressed with the range of clip art & designs which far exceeded others. This will now be my company of choice. The only negative was that I live in Jersey & therefore charged P+P accordingly but Jersey is VAT exempt but I was still charged this added tax which was disappointing.

Great value, easy website and ordering system to navigate and swift delivery. I chose a smaller canvas this time and maybe due to this, the image wasn’t tightly wrapped and attached to the wooden frame, allowing for some sagging. I put a piece of card behind the canvas tighten it up. Otherwise very pleased with colour and definition.

Lovely clear picture and colours but the jigsaw pieces were thinner than I thought they would be and it didn’t come with a box with a picture on which I assumed it would but was probably my fault as it doesn’t mention it in the description

Canvas great. Mugs I believed requesting the picture on the right would be right from the handle, on the front, not on the back. Perhaps a bit confusing or just misunderstood, had planned to give these as presents.
