No problems with my order of a large printed canvas and mug. Good quality, and packaging. The only problem I had is when I discovered that you use Yodal as your courier. In my experience they are generally useless. Had an email saying one package was to be delivered on the Saturday which was fine. On the Thursday before with 5 minutes warning discovered that it was now being delivered that day, which it was. Luckily, I was home. The second package I was told was being delivered the following Monday. Again, the Saturday before received an email that it would be delivered that day between 19.00 and 21.00. Checked the Yodal tracking, and indeed showed the delivery information, and the position of the driver. Guess what. Never turned up! Wasted a day waiting for a non delivery. Checked on the Sunday to discover that package would now be delivered on Monday it was originally supposed to arrive. Again, which it did. Unfortunately, after countless problems with Yodal I am very concerned using not only your company, but all companies that use Yodal. Sadly, although your products are fine, unless things change I may look for different company that doesn't use them as a courier...

I was very happy with my completed photo book considering most of the photos were taken on mobile phones the quality was exceptional. I have used different companies before but I was impressed with the range of clip art & designs which far exceeded others. This will now be my company of choice. The only negative was that I live in Jersey & therefore charged P+P accordingly but Jersey is VAT exempt but I was still charged this added tax which was disappointing.

Great value, easy website and ordering system to navigate and swift delivery. I chose a smaller canvas this time and maybe due to this, the image wasn’t tightly wrapped and attached to the wooden frame, allowing for some sagging. I put a piece of card behind the canvas tighten it up. Otherwise very pleased with colour and definition.

Lovely clear picture and colours but the jigsaw pieces were thinner than I thought they would be and it didn’t come with a box with a picture on which I assumed it would but was probably my fault as it doesn’t mention it in the description

Superb service and good quality posters with images perfectly clear. My only critique is the shipping price which has stopped me from making another purchase as of yet. I predict I shall return as this company is reliable.

Canvas great. Mugs I believed requesting the picture on the right would be right from the handle, on the front, not on the back. Perhaps a bit confusing or just misunderstood, had planned to give these as presents.

So far my experience has been satisfactory (still waiting on second purchase). Only downside was not being able to add to my first order before being dispatched so had to pay double postage.

Delighted with the product and the price was very reasonable too. Maybe best to offer discounts on future purchases after the delivery of the order and not before.

Efficient and fast delivery, downside is that you cannot cancel or change your order easily (or at all!). Good prices but would like artist quality paper prints!

I got in contact as picture not perfect. You have responded saying you are shipping a replacement hence the 4 stars as your customer service is fantastic

Decent quality picture.Just a pity that the word copy,was printed at top of pic.Yes this was the pic i sent but thought that word may be ddeleted out

Always happy with photos, but this time one canvas came out pink.Too be honest think it was from the background so not your fault😊 I did zoom in.

Generally really good service - decent product at a sensible cost. Delivery (via a third party delivery partner) took far too long though.

Brilliant Quality.. the effects make the product with my dog still looking like my dog even with the photo effects

Quick delivery well informed about process and delivery good value for money. Like the company does what it says

Everything explained through out process, small criticism was nothing supplied to help hang canvas on wall.

Great quality. Only problem was delivery which did take along time. But other than that really pleased.

Photo and cups are of a good quality. They are a little too small for most people's idea if a mug.

Bought for a colleague. Looks very nice. Shame bit of head missing off but maybe way photo is.
