The website was easy to navigate to upload my photo and view how it looked in various formats and sizes. The pricing was clear and good value. The only guidance I would have appreciated is on the best type of image (jpeg etc) and size (MB) to create best quality 60cm x 60cm canvas. Fortunately, as I was in the checkout process, the terms and conditions regarding image inspired me to halt the checkout and do a web search for that advice. This proved very helpful as Apple devices often store images in lower resolution to save storage (check your settings). My web search enabled me to change my Apple lower resolution extension to a better quality JPEG. That information as a pop up or link during the process of creating the canvas would be helpful. The canvas was created and delivered swiftly with excellent communication and tracking and is stunning quality. It’s a gift for Mothers Day UK and I know my Mum will be absolutely delighted.

Quick and easy to upload your images. Great prices and quality products. Order came within a week. Nothing to fault with their products for what you pay. Have used before for canvas and photo prints, will definitely use again and I do recommend to others.

Easy to order, item packed well. Very pleased with my picture, exactly as I'd hoped. The delivery company informed me they had recieved it, and I heard nothing until about an hour before it was delivered that it would be delivered. I was under the impression that they kept you updated.

Arrived as expected, picture was beautifully done beyond my expectations. It was well packaged and courier kept us informed on the delivery. All round a fantastic experience with the canvas bringing back happy memories. Thank you my picture. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The quality of the reproduction was extremely good. I was very happy with the picture and it was a reasonable price. The only criticism I have is of the thumb print (shown in basket & corresponding email), which altered the crop of the photo. I had to enquire that the finished product would not look similar. I was assured; and in deed it was the case that the finished product was as the original preview predicted and not cropped like the thumb print. So overall, very happy.

Excellent quality for posters I have written my first novel and had the cover image done as a poster to be framed on the wall colours and quality is exceptional tracking and delivery was excellent will definitely be using this service again all I can say I was so delighted with quality

Got this on a special offer price, recently paid 5x as much for one so wasn’t sceptical about what it would be like. However, quality is excellent, you have to wait about a week for delivery but well worth it when balanced against the lower price. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered my picture and recieved an email, I was kept updated on when my picture would arrive, it arrived quickly and when we opened the parcel we were really pleased with the picture and it is hanging up in our lounge, will be using again when we want another picture canvas.

The workmanship was amazing. The canvas was much better than I anticipated. The canvas was exactly like my photo that I submitted. I was that impressed I have submitted another of my pictures to be put onto canvas, which like my first one will be on display in my lounge. Thank you so much.

Item could have been better packed and maybe use a different courier. The parcel was open (so my partner seen my surprise I'd purchased for his birthday) and the courier left out in the elements, when we had an undercover area this could have been left in just a few steps away from where they dropped it. I also thought the photo quality would have been better and clearer.

The process was so straightforward and easy to do. I have received my order extremely well packaged and the canvas prints? Perfect and exactly what I’d hoped for. I would provide a photograph of what I ordered but they have been put away awaiting a birthday next month. Very happy to recommend them. Oh and what a fantastic price too!!

This canvas was excellent & very special To me. I had lost my dog to cancer at the age of 5 just out of the blue. This canvas of her & my other dog is how I feel she is over the rainbow bridge, happy & content in a bed of flowers, this brings me some peace. Excellent service, amazing.

Very good quality canvas and good hanging kits. Very pleased with how the pictures have come out and ordering process online was easy to use. Got good notification of progress of order up until it left your facility, then the carrier/delivery company’s link to check on progress of delivery didn’t seem to work properly so I wasn’t sure when the package would be delivered.

I've always had a fantastic positive experience with MYPICTURE. I've ordered a few items over the years and a few more recently. The items ate if excellent quality and clarity. They arrive packaged well and quickly too, all at very reasonable prices. The website is easy to navigate and you can see your images on whatever item you want to purchase - essentially seeing what it would look like before purchasing. I bought 4 picture mugs for teacher gifts. Zero hassle to add photos, options to make the pictures work, brilliant price, great communication, fast delivery, well packaged and adorable mugs. Could not be happier 10 out of 10.

Simple process to attach photos to the templates. Only gripe would be that there weren’t enough templates of the kind I wanted. Order process was simple and delivery was a few days. Kept aware of the process of what stage my prints were at by email. Overall this was an uncomplicated process. The prints themselves were excellent quality

Picture was lovely Exactly as ordered and promised. Have used this company before, always great. However the courier did try to force it through the letterbox and gave up. Luckily the packaging did a brilliant job and all was good.

Just perfect, transformed my daughter's picture of our dog she drew for my birthday into a piece of art that now hangs on the wall next to my desk. The cushion is in the chair and the fridge magnets are, of course, on the fridge. Such a great service, very reasonably priced and arrived quickly.
