I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

MY PICTURE - 5 star. Delivery service - 1 star.

Yes, as usual ( I use you regularly) I am so delighted with the quality of your work and I will continue to use you. However I am still having huge problems with your carrier, Yodel. They continue to leave my parcels unsafely on my doorstep in the rain and am surprised nothing has been stolen. I have asked them MULTI times to leave packages safely in my outbuilding but they ignore me. I have filled in forms and contacted customer service MANY times and they promise each time it will never happen again. Nothing changes and my packages get wet. FURIOUS with them. Why can’t you change the delivery company you use?

Outstanding value and quality

Having recently lost 3 dogs in quick succession I wanted their photos on the walls to remind me how lucky I had been to have them in my life. I ordered 3 large prints on canvas in colour for my chimney breast and they absolutely blew me away how beautiful they are. The quality is outstanding for the money. I also ordered 10 20cm x 20cm Black and White photos on canvas and there are so clear and amazing too. Thank you so so much for printing my happy memories so beautifully. I haven’t hung them yet but when I do I will share a photo. Many many thanks. I will Reiten for more soon 😊

Jigsaw Package.

Jigsaw came intact and just as I was hoping, picture very well printed. Packaging a bit less so. Cardboard on back of puzzle was somewhat bent, luckily the jigsaw wasn't damaged. Perhaps you could ship them in boxes, nothing elaborate, something to suit the size, more secure than just a cardboard sheet in a padded bag. Also, Personally, I would not mind if the jigsaw came uncompleted in a plastic bag within the box and would be willing to pay an amount extra for this. Thanking you for my competed order and delivery. I am well pleased with the result.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the canvas print, I really didn’t think it would be as nice as it is. As a photo from my iPhone, I thought it would be blurry, to say the least, enlarging the photo to the size requested. My local printing shop gave me a price of £44.00 to print the photo onto canvas. I would have had to take it to have it stretched and mounted at further cost. Which made it too expensive and prohibitive just to hang in a bathroom. I am thrilled to bits with the canvas, thank you all at My Picture for such brilliant work.

Just yes!

I love the latest addition to my collection of canvas prints. It's a larger print, 120 x 60 cm, a photo taken on a smartphone through the window of an aeroplane with an unlimited depth of field, so many different cloud textures and a flawless smooth transition of blues from the palest shades at the horizon to the deepest shades of the stratosphere above. I wasn't sure how the photo would look on a larger scale but I have no regrets, it opens up my living space and has become a source of instant escapism.

Excellent picture brought out the course even better than original the original pic on my phone. Only complaint is delivery was extremely slow. Left me wondering at some point if I was going to get my picture? And had lost the money I paid for said item? Other than that very very pleased with end result. Present for mums birthday in August. Easier to get I done now rather than ponder as to figure out what to buy her on the day. Many thanks Adrian

Good quality with the right images but struggled a bit with a snowy image

I've used this Company before and had a couple more landscape canvases produced for a new home. Again, for a well balanced and lit image the canvases come out very well, but for images with a lot of contrast the results are a little less good. I sent a black and white snowy image which seems a little under-exposed - it's probably because they are using automated printing systems that are not coping too well with more difficult images.

These posters really are excellent. The quality of the paper is the best I’ve seen and the prints are unbelievably sharp even zoomed up large. They have a smart system whereby if you get too big for the quality they only give you the smaller options for print. I have never used a better printing service. A full size stars from me. Pretty quick delivery too and arrive packed in no plastic. Excellent.

A very large order delivered on time!

I had placed a very large order which had to be shipped in 5 stages. I was told over the phone that the delivery would be late, but I received everything in time for the event I had ordered them for. I'm beyond pleased and happy with the quality of the prints, but mostly grateful that a lot of effort was made to get the order to me sooner rather than later. Thank you so much!!!!!

I really liked the canvas and mug. Great price and good quality. I wouldn't recommend using Yodel as your chosen delivery company, I had a notification it was going to be delivered on a certain day, that didn't happen, I contacted them and they said it would be delivered the next day, that day came and went and eventually delivered the day after that.

Picturesque

I liked the fact that I could have my photos on display at a great price. The process was easy and the fact they were ready so quickly. However I do feel the delivery process is in need of being a little more speedy as my canvases were done in two to three days but I didn't receive them for another week and a half.otherwise its a great service.

I always end up buying more than one! I have used My Picture for around 5 years since updating our office space and since then I have also updated our home and wanted new pictures and cushions for every room to suit specific themes. The quality and price is amazing and I wouldn't use anyone else. Always 5 stars from me, not had a bad one yet!

I am very pleased with my canvas. The service was excellent, the price was more than competitive and the delivery was very speedy. One criticism would be, probably my own doing, I left a photo mark in the bottom corner which could have, possibly been erased during production but that was my fault for not noticing when ordering. 5 stars!

Ordered a poster and cushion both excellent. Picture on poster was brilliant. Very clear and nice glossy finish. Cushion was good too, slight blurring but that's expected on fabric. Colour matching from pic I gave them was spot on. Very happy with my order. Delivery was fairly quick considering it came from Germany.

Excellent service & value

Excellent service. Really pleased with my 80x60 canvas. Cannot fault MYPICTURE in any way. The only very minor point to make for others maybe is that it takes just over a week from your order to actually receiving the canvas (9 days for me) but I was not in a rush and the small wait was definitely worth it for me.

Great product as usual very good price but oh, the delivery company yodel absolutely an nightmare and impossible to contact plus using web chat they just cut you off my last canvas I had to travel to there depot to collect it not what I wanted to do as I am disabled anyway happy with my product thank you David

Good ordering process, useless delivery by Yodel.

A good service ordering process is straightforward, what isn't mentioned is the parcels come from Germany hence the long wait time of 7 to 10 days, you've obviously gone for the cheapest courier delivery service useless yodel who turn up whenever they want after notifying people they come on a different day.

Excellent! Apart from a slight hitch with the servers resulting in a heart stopping moment when I thought my artwork for my 120 page book had been “lost” (although customer service was efficient and helpful). Print quality is excellent and delivery times, amazing. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Never slow, although one of my 2 recent orders took slightly longer than the other. Since canvasses in plastic cases I've had no issues with damage at all. Quality, including colour accuracy, always fine. Keep up the good work. I'm a professional wildlife photographer and thus order quite regularly.

Everything from ordering to delivery was very straightforward. I am very pleased with the product received, especially as it was at such a reasonable price. The only downside was the information received from the courier service used when they were over six hours late from the time slot notified.
