Delivered in good time. Itemised list was clear along with instructions. Easy to assemble with two people. Everything we should have received we did and everything feels of good quality. We haven’t put up the walls yet as they are not required at the moment. Overall I am very pleased with the item and its quality. I was also impressed with the communications from the company following our purchases. Although we haven’t needed it I believe that the company would have been supportive if we had needed some help or identified a problem. It remains to be seen how it will perform during the summer months as the marquee will remain up for period.

Great customer service from making enquiries before ordering through to chasing deliveries - one item not delivered by the couriers (not house of tents fault) but they chased and sent replacement once they had no update form couriers. The marquee has just been erected and is sturdy and good quality - I went for the thinner material which is more than sufficient for using a few times a year. We like it so much we might keep it up for a few weeks after the planned party so we can arrange a few more get togethers!

I had a few problems with the delivery company, there was a box short and they just said that was all they had, the 4 boxes instead of the 5. I phoned up customer services, it was Michael and Jacob. I name them as I just wanted to say how good they were, very helpful and understanding. They sorted the problem out with the mixing box and the tent went up as it should. A few of the parts were damaged and some missing, but that was sorted out in no time. Very good experience and a great product.

Die Mitarbeiterein, mit der ich telefonischen Kontakt hatte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat versprochen, die Lieferung zu beschleunigen, was auch funktioniert hat. Das Zelt war innerhalb von vier Tagen im äußersten Norden Schottlands. Es ist von sehr guter Qualität, es war vollständig mit einer verständlichen Anleitung. Auf- und Abbau haben reibungslos funktioniert.

The product specification was clear about the offering and the subsequent delivery service could not be faulted. The multi-lingual erection manual could be clearer about the steps to be taken in diagrammatical form. Otherwise, ours is up and we aim to utilise it throughout the summer.

Fantastic service and the product exceeded my expectation in how well constructed packaged and ease of assembly I did it single handed in 1 day. Without doubt the best self assembly product I have purchased in 50 years. Well done to all involved and one big thank you

Easy to order, I had yo phone as only 1 parcel of two were delivered. Good customer service, check snd advised when second package would be delivered. Not put up yet, but poles are very sturdy and the fabric is off good,quality

Packaging could have been done better. Pipes boxes are good and will work to store. However, other materials were stuffed in three boxes for three marquees I ordered, heavily loaded. It cannot be use for storage after 1st use.

The gazebo purchased was easy to build with very easy to follow instructions. The after care services was also very good when we had to replace the gazebo roof cover. Enquiry emails was also quick to respond from yourselves.

Ordered online, but before placing order checked by phone that delivery would be pre Easter, even better it was next day. Perfectly packed and easy to assemble - a top quality product and service to boot - what’s not to like

Great product and great service, I bought a gazebo with champagne roof curtains a few years ago, decided to upgrade to a new roof and curtain's in grey, totally refreshed the gazebo, like new. Delivery was super fast too.

Delivery was quicker than expected and everything neatly packed. No problem with following instructions although took me a couple of hours longer than that stated.

Excellent Quality, Very Solid, Easy to Erect Just a shame the Curtains are about 2inches too long otherwise I Love it and would buy again

Well built greenhouse , the only one thing I would say is that the handle cheapens the greenhouse it’s just plastic
