Despite all the lies to the contrary still waiting for the oil to start my lawn mower. Gave up and went out and purchased SAE30 oil. Hopeless company to deal with.

You need to let "Mowers on Line" be aware the Fed Ex delivery people (the people who actually deliver) have problems reading delivery instructions. You'd expect delivery people to be able to deliver, but they seem to have problems... :-(

I contacted Mowers Online via the online chat. I asked two questions: 1) Does the mower I wanted have a hard or soft grass box? The answer: It has a hard box. I was pleased to hear this as I prefer a hard box. 2) How much assembly is involved with this new mower? The answer: You just need to fold the handles up and lock them off. Again, just what I wanted. I am not good with putting stuff together. On arrival, the mower came with a soft, net grass collector. Disappointing. Then I had to connect the top handles to the bottom handles with the supplied bits and pieces. Easy enough I am sure, but it took me a while and just wound me up. Still not sure I have it right. The supplied instructions were a bit vague and covered more than one mower. Then the grass box . . I looked on You Tube in the end to see how the metal frame fitted into the box. Again, frustrating. Fortunately I found the hard box from my old Mountfield mower fitted this model, so it does the job. The mower and the blower I purchased have interchangeable batteries and both machines do a good job. Just wish I had been correctly informed in the first place.

Once the order was taken, I had no communication to say it was on the way. It was just delivered to my front door step (which we dont use) in the rain. Not even a confirmation of delivery, so it got soaked outside. It was delivered promptly and as described, so just a bit of notice, that its on its way etc to make it a 5 star review.

Easy ordering process with a competitive price and very quick delivery! Only marked down due to lack of response from them on a missing washer (probably down to the manufacturer as the box was unopened). Not a deal breaker as I did eventually find one of a similar size, but disappointing nonetheless.

At first I was really up with the company as I had the wrong part sent to me and I couldn't get hold of anyone. But finally I did and they apologised to me and sent the correct part by next day delivery. You are only as good as you rectify a problem, in this case they succeeded so thankyou

Good website, quick delivery & really good after sales service when I ran into a problem. Only downside is I have yet to be convinced by the mower I bought - it’s gearbox is incredibly “ sticky “ & the instruction manual supplied is not user friendly - but that’s not the fault of the shop.

Very good experience. Just one comment - the main item arrived without the additionally ordered item. I thought the 2nd item had been missed. It arrived 3 days later just as I was about to complain. A note to say items may be delivered separately would be good idea.

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good. However, even allowing for the intervening Bank Holiday Weekend, the 12 day delay in dispatch - and without any explanatory communication was not good.

Fabulous price and great communication ( I had a slight glitch with checkout..didn’t appear to have gone through but I contacted the firm and it was sorted immediately). I was very impressed. Arrived quite quickly and is perfect.

Knowledgeable staff, gave good advice to help me choose the best mower. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would be 5 stars except for the inability to provide a correct invoice, requested several times still not received.

Product (replacement fuel tank cap) availability good, as was price, ease of orderring, dispatch and receipt. Update on order dispatch would have been heplful (but not esential. Other than - communications were good.

Goods as described. Received securely to property. Let down by their customer service department who failed to respond to a question let alone acknowledge that a question was sent to them.
