Many customers commend the high quality and durability of the products. The variety, personalization options, and attractive designs—particularly those aimed at children—are also appreciated. Fast shipping is often highlighted, and the ordering and application process is generally considered straightforward and user-friendly. However, some customers report disappointment with product defects or unclear prints. Delivery delays and uncertainty about shipping durations are common concerns. Customer service experiences are mixed, with some praising the support while others are frustrated by a lack of response. Additionally, some customers are confused or dissatisfied with the pricing structure and unexpected charges, impacting their perception of value for money.

Just tried to stamp my child’s school uniform and it’s very hard to read on the clothing. Such a shame

First time using these. Very easy to apply - need to iron on for longer on polyester but really impressed with the quality. Used them for company logo on uniforms. Have not done a wash test yet but really good value for money.

Ordered 2 personalised pencil cases. The processs was simple but on arrival, 1 was great whereas the other pink one, was a disappointment! The thread was sticking out and wasnt neat at all. Looked like a kid had made it! Severely disappointed and would never order again!

The product itself was good but the delivery was very slow it took over a week to get to me. With our fast paced lives it needs to be a lot quicker.
