You're right that we operate our UK website under a .co.uk domain, and while we do our best to be transparent about being based in the Netherlands, we recognise that this might not have been clear enough. As for the shipping costs: we offer free shipping, but unfortunately, import duties and VAT for UK orders post-Brexit are out of our control and are charged by UK customs, not by us. We do mention this during the checkout process and in our FAQs, but we hear your point and are already working on making this even clearer before purchase.
