Love that the descriptions are accurate and items in really good condition on arrival. Prices can be very reasonable, especially if there's a sale but you have to know your stuff to see if it's a bargain or not. Contact could be a lot better and can sometimes not get a response from website messages which is disappointing.

Stone refurb are all to happy to take your money, but as to their so-called tech support it would appear nearly non existent. No follow up calls even when they say they will call. After buying an 'A' rated pc from them, it died four days later. Not good enough for what was meant to be a basically new pc. When it came back it was minus a power cable (more expense). I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Good price and prompt free delivery. Product, for a grade C refurb, was in excellent visual condition with no screen marking or faults. The battery performance appears to be about right for the age of the laptop.

Good range of refurbished PCs and great that you can customise them. Ordered mine new to me PC and it was delivered really quickly. Runs really well, quiet and fast, and all at a great price. Very happy with it.

Value for money first and foremost, think I am on the 6th computer from stone refurb all still work great and are far better quality than an £800 curry's brand new pc I had previously before I knew of them.

Sensible price and excellent service .
A very decent price , and goods arrived promptly and as described on the website . This is the first PC i have purchased that was "used " but the 12 month warranty means i barely had to think about it .
