Love that the descriptions are accurate and items in really good condition on arrival. Prices can be very reasonable, especially if there's a sale but you have to know your stuff to see if it's a bargain or not. Contact could be a lot better and can sometimes not get a response from website messages which is disappointing.

Stone refurb are all to happy to take your money, but as to their so-called tech support it would appear nearly non existent. No follow up calls even when they say they will call. After buying an 'A' rated pc from them, it died four days later. Not good enough for what was meant to be a basically new pc. When it came back it was minus a power cable (more expense). I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

I was told that the laptop that I was buy would have 2 ports VGA and HDMI. When I received the laptop it only had the HDMI port I am very disappointed

Hi Jeremy, we're sorry to hear you've run into some issues with your device. I can only apologise for the lack of communication from our Technical Support Team, they have had a new system put in at the end of last week and it is causing some issues sadly, which has held up contact for some customers. However, this doesn't mean they aren't working to fix any issues you may have. I have spoken to them directly on your behalf and they have confirmed they have your PC and will be in contact shortly to give you an update. Rest assured, we're always available for help and if your PC can't be repaired, we will always offer a replacement or a refund if you are within the returns period, so you will never be out of pocket.

The computer sent to me was not the specification I ordered. There was no SSD (500GB specified in the order) installed and only 8GB RAM (16GB ordered). I have sent 4 messages via the contact us webpage and have had no reply. Very disapponted as I have ordered quite a few machines from Stone for the institution I worked for before retiring,

Very disappointing customer service. The order was processed twice due to no confirmation of order after payment and there is no admission of responsibility to levy return shipping costs.

Hi Maite, we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with our Customer Support. After looking into your contact with our team, we can see you placed x 2 orders, which were both dispatched and received by yourself. Order confirmation emails are automated and can sometimes go to your junk folder. Please kindly note, the second unit would need to be returned before we can process a refund, the cost of the return postage would need to be paid if you changed your mind and decided not to keep one of the units. This is in line with our Returns Policy and all Legal Parameters, which you can find on our website here: https://www.stonerefurb.co.uk/returns-policy We can also see you have now successfully returned the second unit and a refund was issued to you.
