I bought a desktop PC after a long time having laptops. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I did have an issue setting it up which was entirely due to my lack of awareness - I had assumed it would use an HDMI output as I didn't realise there was an alternative (displayports weren't a thing last time I had a desktop). Ordered a laptop and desktop computer. Very quick delivery. Only criticism is that all the screws in the base of the laptop were hanging out. No problem to tighten them but a little quality control lacking I feel. However I have bought from this company countless times and will continue to do so.

I am very pleased with the Dell PC supplied from Stone Refurb. The ordering process and delivery information was excellent. Windows 11 set-up was straightforward and the PC functions very well. I would have given a 5 Star rating but unfortunately the CMOS battery fitted was totally discharged and had to be replaced. Perhaps these need to be checked prior to supply?

My Experience with Stone Refurbs
This is the third or fourth time i have bought a machine from you for either my wife or myself, they have all been great value and as described, being able to simply order the upgrades i want and to be delivered in under a week is great. i haven't had any issues with the machines at all. the only reason i actually needed to buy my most recent machine is because of the demise of Win10.

PC was in excellent condition, however mains cable supplied was incompatible with the mainframe.
I contacted supplier immediately and explained the error in marketing.
Support staff was very helpful and immediately arranged for despatch of the correct mains cable.
Cable arrived the following morning.
Computer up and running no problem.
Despite minor mistake in sending wrong mains cable initially, Company and Support Staff deserve 5stars.
