Everything about the experience, from value of the base product, to speed of my receipt, was 100% positive….BUT, with all the recent concern about Northern Ireland’s position in UK, I am justifiably opposed to the inconsistency where some suppliers, like McCormick Tools, apply hefty delivery charges to NI, while delivering free to, eg Rural Cornwall, whereas many others can extend the welcome courtesy of equal treatment. Perhaps a little imagination required, to enable equality. Regards, Tom

I was disappointed with the quality of care, I had ordered a toolbox with next day delivery on a Saturday, of course this will have a delay but it was due on a Wednesday. With this being the case I had had rung up to acquire an update on delivery time and had been given a refund. The delivery date was changed from the Wednesday to the Thursday, please do not have the option to deliver next day if it is not possible to do so.

Company okay, bad product.

Had no problem with the company, in fact I had to phone regarding my order. Lady that answered was very polite and helpful. Problem was with the product, as soon as I started fitting the paint just came away around the fixing holes. Came off in a block, looked like it had been painted with no primer or undercoat. Needed to put duct tape around it to protect.

First time I've used them, but will definitely use them again.

First time I've used them - I was searching for a demolition hammer and found the right quality one at the right price on their very well laid out website. Decided to go for it. Quick confirmation of payment, good communication from them re: delivery and it arrived quickly - well packaged. I am very pleased and will certainly look at them first when researching future purchases.
