Everything about the experience, from value of the base product, to speed of my receipt, was 100% positive….BUT, with all the recent concern about Northern Ireland’s position in UK, I am justifiably opposed to the inconsistency where some suppliers, like McCormick Tools, apply hefty delivery charges to NI, while delivering free to, eg Rural Cornwall, whereas many others can extend the welcome courtesy of equal treatment.
Perhaps a little imagination required, to enable equality.

I was disappointed with the quality of care, I had ordered a toolbox with next day delivery on a Saturday, of course this will have a delay but it was due on a Wednesday.
With this being the case I had had rung up to acquire an update on delivery time and had been given a refund.
The delivery date was changed from the Wednesday to the Thursday, please do not have the option to deliver next day if it is not possible to do so.

This is a very versatile screwdriver set, it has 2 x Phillips Head 2 x Slotted Head which are interchangeable and 2 x Hexagonal ends on the main screwdriver shaft which also serves as the storage for the other bits when not in use. Well made and comfortable to use. First time used this company but will use them again. Delivered on time and excellent packaging

I ordered a Sealey motorcycle hydraulic lift which leaked oil profusely. I phoned them on the Thursday and on the Monday a courier arrived to pick up the defective item and delivered another one. Very relieved as it was hubbies Christmas present. Couldn’t ask for better service.

A responsible organisation…
when I complained about the delivery driver dumping my package at my front door when I had asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour, McCormick immediately replied that they would take up the issue with the depot…the item was toxic and left in full view of public.

Bottle jack ~ with case
Easy ordering system, very quick delivery. Competitive prices. This is the 1st time I've ordered from you, but would definitely do so again. The bottle jack has been thoroughly examined but not tried out yet. Seems sturdy and well made.

I received a high quality 17mm wheel nut removal piece which fits snugly to my Draper torque wrench 1/2" square click fit receptacle. Perfect. And delivered quickly. I will be pleased to order further items from this excellent company.

Item was as described and price was good.Postage more than expected and delivery by DHL was poor.No notification and tried to deliver at 8-15 am left without gaining entry to block of flats.I had to pick up from local general store .
