Ordered and received notification item was being processed. Nothing further until I contacted company, 6 days later, enquiring if ordered was still being processed? Received reply very quickly to say item had been sent and should have been delivered that day, but seems from tracking number was being delivered following day. It was. Just a pity that communication was never made the day when item was actually sent, plus tracking number etc.
Hence only 4 star rather than 5.
