Disorganised and chaotic with non existant customer service. I ordered an item on 27/11 with next day deliver. A week later I received an email from the carrier informing me it was damaged beyond repair in transit and to contact the sender. I emailed customer services on the same day and 10 days later had not received a response. Finally got hold of a heavily accented and impatient customer services representative who could not wait to get me off the phone. They can only refund my original purchase, not replace, and I then have to reorder it from the website and, if I keep the item, contact them again to refund the original discount offered for Black Friday deals. This is utterly ridiculous. Such a palavar. If NEXT ever stock their items again, I will purchase via them as at least they offer good, old fashioned customer service.

I received on the day of delivery from Evri a certificate of damage and email stating that the order could not be delivered as was too damaged and to contact the supplier The supplier has not replied through their customer service, neither has 'Trusted Shops' although has charged the bank and asked me to review my purchase A second delivery that I had already placed before the 1sts due date did arrive with the packaging open and battered and broken at my doorstep The second deliveries goods were very nice, a shame that the first order was supposed to be a wedding anniversary gift
