Disorganised and chaotic with non existant customer service. I ordered an item on 27/11 with next day deliver. A week later I received an email from the carrier informing me it was damaged beyond repair in transit and to contact the sender. I emailed customer services on the same day and 10 days later had not received a response. Finally got hold of a heavily accented and impatient customer services representative who could not wait to get me off the phone. They can only refund my original purchase, not replace, and I then have to reorder it from the website and, if I keep the item, contact them again to refund the original discount offered for Black Friday deals.
This is utterly ridiculous. Such a palavar. If NEXT ever stock their items again, I will purchase via them as at least they offer good, old fashioned customer service.
