I needed a Special card for a friends Special birthday, but by the time I saw thiscard(a fabulous pop -up personalised 'bouquet' banner' ) it was too late to have it sent to my home and me send it to my friend in time. But thankfully Love Kates did everything- including a personalised message. My friend was thrilled and I am forever a fan . I would def recommend and will use again Many thanks
