Good communication via whatsapp, which was appreciated. Item was dispatched promptly and on time and looked fabulous. One sour note was that for this value items a service where the courier is better contactable would be more suitable. Roayal Mail only delivers during working hourse when nobody is at home, at least in my household. As a result we had to wait two failed attempts to deliver before we could collect and resulted in the ring being with us the day after the anniversary rather than the day before.

Was very apprehensive about ordering my ring online with Abelini,but took the plunge! Wasn’t disappointed at all in fact I was extremely pleased (and relieved) that they did exactly as advertised and expected. Delivery was as promised, packaged beautifully with certificates of authenticity. I’ve waited nearly 24yrs for my engagement ring to be updated and glad I waited! I rang the company a few times to ask questions and again very promptly and politely answered. My mum now wants to order a ring and was amazed at quality for the money! I would highly recommend anyone to go for it and treat yourself or loved one,plus good return options if worried as I was. I will add pictures in due course and for what it’s worth I rarely add feedback but credit where it’s due and all that!

Having not heard of Abelini previously I was, to be honest, nervous about spending a large sum with them. Having searched Trustpilot etc this put my mind somewhat at ease and I ordered a ruby tennis bracelet for my wife's Xmas. The order process and confirmation was straightforward and quick and the item arrived on the exact date stated at the time of order. Quality of the product looks great and I'm sure my wife will be ecstatic. The only suggestion I'd make for Abelini is to drop a note out via their WhatsApp in the middle of the order process just to reassure customers but overall a very good experience to date.

I was a reluctant buyer but I'm glad I opted to buy from Abelini. From start to finish, the customer service team were helpful, messages were promptly responded to and I felt that my purchase was treated with care and attention. The item arrived on time via Special Delivery and the insurance certificate included helped for valuation purposes. The item is beautiful and was a well-received present. I will return to Abelini for future purchases, and will recommend them to friends and family.

The ring abelini made for me is just what I wanted because of rheumatoid arthritis my fingers are z+1 but they were able to make the ring I wanted in my size The ring is very pretty the pink sapphires and diamond are lovely Abelini made the ring very quickly and it was delivered in a beautiful presentation box complete with an authentication certificate The price of the ring was very reasonable and it is a lovely gift for my golden wedding anniversary so thank you Abelini

I’m very happy with the ring I purchased good value and a great choice of styles and customisation option. Only downside for me was that they missed the original delivery date, even though I’d confirmed it again by message a few days prior and was only told the day before that it wouldn’t be ready in time. But over all would recommend just make sure you have a bit of extra time between the expected delivery date and when you need it.
