I was very nervous ordering such an expensive item online, and worried about the quality of the goods, also not knowing the retailer so I phoned and was impressed and reassured that I was dealing with a very professional and helpful company. Thrilled with my beautiful earrings. Had to return as was a little concerned about the tightness of the fixing with one of them. Good communication with company all fixed and returned back to me within a week. They also payed the return postage.

Great experience and lovely staff!
Really responsive staff who made sure my engagement ring got to me in good time. The product is great quality.
Only downside is navigation of the website can be a little confusing when searching for policies about returns and resizing.

They got the ring to me on time but there was a issue with hallmarking so offered to do this after I required the ring. Currently on with the hallmarking process now. Was offered a refund of postage and still waiting for this.
