A wine the we’ve been hunting for and found.
Very fast delivery indeed through DPD, unfortunately I want in when the delivery was made on a Saturday but received on Sunday to my surprise. Packaged really well each bottle wrapped in its own air filled sleeve, that fits snugly around the bottle and fits tightly in the box. No clanking of glass. Really happy with service received, this was my first time using them and would highly recommend.

Accurate order and well packaged but large despatch delay
From a packaging and order accuracy point of view I have no concerns but from a despatch and delivery speed I think it was poor. I ordered on the 16th, on 18th received email saying order was packed and will be shipped. I chased up the order 21st and heard back 24th saying it would be sent out 25th and arrive 26th, which was accurate as I received the order on the 26th. The website states they attempt to send orders the same day or next day and to factor in working days only but I don't understand a 5 working day delay in actually sending out with no communication to advise.
