Very well packaged and fast delivery.

I am really pleased with my new artwork and I cannot fault customer services. It was such a shame that I had to contact them though. The original artwork was damaged and had to be returned. The second artwork had a few issues with the frame but nothing that was too much of a problem. However, the packaging was an issue. Both boxes were open and damaged when they were delivered. The artwork is only covered with brown paper which is not very protective when boxes are being thrown around in a delivery van. I really appreciate that Abstract House are trying to be plastic free but it might be worth considering the three trips made by DPD to my house which did not help with the company's carbon footprint. Despite all of this, I love the artwork that Abstract House offer and I am already researching my next piece. Many thanks also to Will at Customer Services who dealt with and resolved my issues very promptly.

The customer service is always amazing - they are so helpful, accommodating and prompt with responses to queries. The frames are very high quality and a lot of care is taken to ensure that they arrive safely. All the packaging (as well as all parts of the frames themselves) is plastic-free. Abstract House are my go-to framers. They even create bespoke frames, mounts and glass sheets according to your needs — it’s super easy to request.

Ive bought a few frames from various companies in my time but this is the first time one has arrived and met my expectations. The frame is very well made and the excellent packaging meant it arrived in perfect condition. Will be buying more in the future.

Beautiful frame, amazing - faultless - packaging BUT one question: you keep saying ‘solid wood….solid wood …..solid wood’ etc in your ads but is the frame I bought solid OAK as I was led to believe? I’d love to know please. I’m suspicious as there’s a curious smudge - it’s as if the grain is actually part of a decorative surface finish… Hope to hear from you soon. Best wishes Catherine

I am always wary of ordering online although I needn’t have worried. I ordered a framed print which I thought was very competitively priced. The print arrived by courier the following day. It was very well framed and the protective packaging was extremely sturdy. I will have no hesitation in ordering from this company in future. Excellent service.

Great choice of pictures. From choice to delivery everything went smoothly. Really happy with the picture now it’s on the wall. As we were new to the abstract concept we wanted a splash of colour and we are very happy to have found Anstract House on line. Would recommend.

I'm so happy with my Abstract House prints. They were carefully packaged to avoid any damage and were just as beautiful as I had hoped they would be when I opened them. They were easy to hang and have definitely lifted a dull corner in my sitting room. I love them.

The canvas I purchased looked up to expectations. In relation to the quality, so far so good. They provided nails for hanging the canvas up which is super helpful. Overall I am very happy with the piece. The only downside is how expensive it was.
