The product I ordered seems to be good but unfortunately I was pressed for time at the address it was to be delivered to . So I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for 3 days. This ruined my plan of departure from the delivery address. This inturn wrecked my overall plans .

4,8 out of 5. I've only dealt with this company a few times but have always been happy and not left ripped off or annoyed or disappointed I will keep shopping from there and I do recommend it. To be honest some of the stuff there is cheaper than elsewhere but now and again you might find it a bit cheaper elsewhere as well so it's sort of works itself out anyway very happy with this company and think we shouldn't go crazy but prepare a bit for the unaware

Great service fast to get I.d. checked for certain orders needing I.d.verifification then quick to dispatch orders and get them delivered in the stated delivery time periods .1 day delivery was 24 hrs once sent and even standard delivery only took just 2 days arrived very early the second day by standard delivery with all items being able to be tracked immediately on despatch. Ist impressions are great..

I bought a 600g tin a few months back. I was quite happy with the initial quality, however there was at least a 5th of the tin that was fragmented/tiny bits/complete dust. I did purchase 2 more tins (600g), however the first one I opened does appear to be OVER freeze dried. I'm disappointed in the quality. However, I'm more disappointed as I wanted to find a regular supplier of the freeze dried chicken. Please can we talk as I need to return the tin I have opened?

I have placed many orders with this Company and I’ve only ever had one problem which was handled and sorted so quickly . Customer service is first class they have everything you need. If it’s just even a camping weekend they have all the equipment if you’re a survivalist and a pepper. This is the best place to come

It was easy to place the order and your order acknowledgement did detail prices and Taxes. Couldn't find a link to full invoice but we can cope with what we have. Not used the product yet as our delivery address is an unmanned rescue base but managed to redirect to local post office.

My purchase went well and arrived quickly. Having videos and or links to reviews might help. I have been impressed by “Canadian Prepper” website and YouTube channel. Anything I add would just be my own opinion but maybe add a site map with a searchable list.

First time purchase from UK Prepping, although my purchase took a little longer than I expected my emails for updates were answered in good time. The Tarp I purchased is great quality, really pleased with the overall experience and purchase 👍🏻

Clarify that the item pictured may not be the same as the item supplied ..... or supply the exact same item that is pictured. If someone emails you about such an issue then perhaps reply to them also. Otherwise, all good.
