I've only dealt with this company a few times but have always been happy and not left ripped off or annoyed or disappointed I will keep shopping from there and I do recommend it.
To be honest some of the stuff there is cheaper than elsewhere but now and again you might find it a bit cheaper elsewhere as well so it's sort of works itself out anyway very happy with this company and think we shouldn't go crazy but prepare a bit for the unaware

I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Slow to despatch, eventually some of the goods arrived. Waiting for rest. Faster and cheaper to get some stuff directly form china.
Somewhat misleading descriptions. Colors in Main title in capitals but read descriotion carefully as you might not get what is in picture. This one is on me.

Yes we wait however long it takes for a customer to send ID for the crossbow order, they sometimes complain where is it although havent sent ID until days later but thats online reviews for you....:-)

At the time I was asked to rate the service, my order had still not yet arrived, 6 days after the order was placed. I have had things delivered from China in less time. At this point in time, I have received nothing so I really cant give a rating above 1*!

Would have got the 5 stars as they've always got my orders out bang on and had them here before expected but last order I feel I got yanked around a bit even after a few correspondents with the shop and thanks to Trusted shop where your purchase is protected it needed me to tell ukpreppingshop I'd received an email from them regarding my order before it got sent and sent sharpish so for that it drops a star as I feel idve had a problem if they had not contacted me..

We do have paid shipping options, you choose free shipping which does state around a week, you ordered while we were shut down for new year and we reopened on tuesday to a deluge of orders, your order was shipped express courier on friday, not bad for free shipping in our busiest time of year???
