Very easy to deal with as a customer. This was my first order from ukpreppingshop, although I have dealt with many prepping shops. Saw a product I was interested in, emailed support, they got back to me within an hour, ordered the item, even though it was on a back order it turned up within a week. Couldn't ask for anything more, and got a free gift which I was not expecting but was very thoughtful.

As per usual, the UK Prepping Shop delivered my order with excellent communications, through regular e-mails. My order was for Thai Green Chicken Curry with Rice. Quality, long lasting packets of freeze dried meals. The meals are for Expedition, packed full of quality goodness, low in unneccary calleries, Pre cooked, suitable for our own British sevices. My order arrived safely, boxed to perfection, delivered on time through the Royal Mail. The price for each pack was extremely reasonable for such quality. UK Prepping shop is by far my most used and favourite method of storing up supplies for any emergency and out door activities. ( But it can also be a method for a quick healthy snack or meal in doors!) A big thank you to the services at UK Prepping Shop, aswell as the Royal Mail service. Thank you.

Easy to navigate website. Offers diverse options even for one item ie cooking utensils. In regards to the long term food storage, it works out as quite a cost effective way to store food for an emergency situation or just to have in the store cupboard as staples. The only thing I could suggest to improve is to have reviews with photos and more informative information especially in regards to fuel, ie spirit burners do not cook normal food very efficiently, but are great to heat up clean water to rehydrate freeze dried goods.

Fantastic service and company! Highly recommend this company if you want a crossbow, as well as accessories for the crossbow, with a wide selection range. I will be shopping in the near future! Arrival took at most 2 weeks and the products are in fantastic quality.
