I see there are some mixed reviews, but you member know if these are fake or rivals and the same goes for positive reviews too, I guess. However, I was pleased with the price of my Jag 1, best I could find on the Internet at £80 and there was 10% off in July, so I bought an extra string to get it over the £75 free postage threshold. Delivery was a bit slow, order placed on 17th July and it arrived on 31st. But I have to say that whenever I sent an email it was always responded to in a very timely manner, so I can't moan too much about that. This was my first purchase from UK Prepping Shop and having had a positive experience overall will no doubt lead to other purchases.

Long story short, I messed up my partners order in a real big way. I realised this on the Friday & my partners’ birthday was on the Sunday. I phoned the gentleman on the Friday in desperate needs for help as I had less than 48 hours to get this sorted and I hadn’t paid for 24hr delivery for the item. The gentleman went above and beyond, multiple calls back and fourth to eachother to try and figure it out. Saturday morning came and the item had been delivered, he saved my butt 😀 Can’t thank you enough honestly!! The gift had my partner in tears for his 30th, he said it was the best surprise he could’ve ask for. Thank you again for going above and beyond, you truly made his birthday!!! Would highly recommend over and over again!

Did exactly what they said they'd do. Products received were as described on the website and were delivered in a reasonable time undamaged. It might not sound much, but I've added the "used" tag to their bookmark. To me, this tag means that UKPreppingShop are reliable and I'm more confident with using their services. I'm trying to build up my resistance to life's sudden and unexpected events and I'm not in a position to just "bug out and live in the woods", so having trustworthy suppliers is key to being resistant. A good service.

Was initially confused as one item arrived first on its own. I didn’t realise that certain items are despatched from one warehouse and others from another. Remaining items arrived after the weekend and I am very happy with the service. Don’t panic if all your stuff doesn’t come in one go as I did, customer support was spot on. Would gladly buy from them again.

Read feedback after I had bought and got a bit concerned. My first email they did not reply to, but adding the order number into the title they did. They did say there was a bit of a backlog and I needed to wait a couple of weeks. I emailed them later, and they sent it out. I have now received my product. My advice is that you will get a better response if (i) you put the order number in the email and email heading and (ii) you keep the email concise.

Had a bit of a mix up with the order but Justin could not have been more helpful or responsive. He sorted us out really quickly and we were really happy with his level of service. It’s how someone deals with an issue when something goes wrong that really highlights whether you are dealing with a caring company and we could not fault the service.

I ordered on 4 May, and it said up to 7 days for dispatch. I sent a chaser email on 4 June with no reply, and then another on 22 June saying send the goods or I will initiate a charge back. I got a reply saying 'That should of been sent by now, I'll check in the morning.' There was no apology, or reason for the very long delay. It was pretty rude considering I've been extremely patient before asking. On 23 June I received a package and also an email saying my order was complete. It included the wind up radio on the list. On 24 June I opened the package and was surprised to see an item was missing (the wind up radio). I emailed to ask where the item was as there was no indication it was missing or delayed. On the same day, I received an email saying "These sold out in uk and are due to arrive mid July.". Again, no apology or anything. No recognition that I should've been told this. No offer for a refund. No indication of what would happen if and when it does come into stock. No assurance it will be delivered as a priority. I ordered from this shop because of reviews I saw about the personal service. So far, I've experienced the compete opposite.

Great goods, well packed. The only thing you could do better is attach a note in the parcel to inform the customer when an item is missing, and that you have already credited that item. Thus the customer who thinks you have inadvertently missed putting it in the parcel, and then wastes their time following up on this. A good company with innovative items.

I believe the Prepping Shop to be an ethical business. Having only used them once I was impressed with what I bought. Also one of the items wasn't in stock for a couple of months but was sent out to me, on time, without me having to chase up the order. I also appreciate the advice and range of choice.

Product as described. Can't say much about the actual product as it should be taken only in emergency. As far as postage (royal mail), I changed the delivery to my nearest post office which was confirmed but still the order was delivered/left in a "safe place". So either the postie ignored change of delivery or it didn't get through.

I ordered online and received confirmation of the order. A week later and still no notice of a delivery time so concerned I called the Company and spoke to Justin. He explained there had been a buying rush on the item and more were on back order and would be sent out ASAP. The item arrived about 10 days later and is of exceptional build quality so I'm very happy.

Please tell me of any rations going cheap! They're for my own use. I've always liked rations, probably born in early 60s, now my age is 60s, that's why LOL I haven't even got a mobile phone, so can't take photos, I'm a cross between caveman and Luddite ha ha

The website is informative. More importantly, there's a good selection of emergency supply products which will help individuals and families through any unexpected event. It's not alarmist to be prepared for a disaster but sensible. I've recommended UK Prepping Shop to family members.

Quick and efficient service, they answered my email at 10PM so, which was quite unexpected. If you order equipment "18+" (that's sounds terrible;) remember to read whole email, as they need to confirm you are an adult, before they can send your order.

Items sold for below average price and items are genuine as advertised! I think these guys are very busy so some items may take a little while to get delivered but coms were good and they are a genuine mom and pop company I’d buy from them again to support small businesses

Really good service. Great products, fast postage, good communication. All I would say is they could make it more clear that you need to supply ID when sending a crossbow. The writing was quite small and I didn’t notice for a few days, thats on me though.

Very glad they deliver using Royal Mail. Didn’t hear from the prepping shop about the different stages of delivery but was able to check with the Royal Mail link. One of the boxes was a bit roughed up but I image that was delivery. Good packaging for delivery and everything was included

Great variety of items. Easy to use Website. Chased up order and waited a while for response but i guess online shopping is so speedy nowadays, expect things promptly, but all was good. Just waiting for an item to come back in stock. Will order more in due course.
